We have voted and decided to expand into three causes.
Service Dogs- Training shelter dogs to be service dogs for low income disabled individuals.
Badge Dogs- Raise and train young dogs to be donated to law enforcement.
T.U.R.D. Dogs- Training shelter dogs to increase successful placement in their new homes. More info >>

The success of an organization like ours is based on the concept of a large group of people that come together to accomplish a common goal. It is foolish for us to think we can do this alone. We need your help! Whether it is a contribution, donation, or you want to volunteer, do not ever think that your efforts are not needed, noticed or appreciated.
Sasha's Story
Sasha is one of the first Service Dogs ever trained by the founder, Jeremy Talamantes. Sasha was evaluated by a so called 'Professional Trainer', and was given the death sentence. Why It Works
K-9 Assistance Services, Inc. is based out of the kennels of K-9 Behavior Services, on their 1,545 acre K-9 training ranch in Fillmore, CA, the largest working K-9 training ranch in America. www.k9behavior.com Because of this unique partnership, the organization is able to drastically lower the costs of kenneling, training, and placing each Service Dog.

We carry a 'No Excuses' policy at K-9 Assistance Services, Inc. Driven by a relentless work ethic, the organization has goals that are set very high. Our no excuses policy is applied to all facets of the organization, from training, to cleanliness, and even our attitude towards our recipients.
